We’re not the cheapest quote you’ll get, and we won’t pretend to be. We compete on the quality of the base preparation and materials, which is what actually determines whether your paving lasts.
Will someone senior be on site?

Parklands
A large, mostly flat, family-oriented residential suburb set back from the coast, built up steadily since the 1990s with housing estates and complexes. Being inland of Table View and Sunningdale, it’s more sheltered from direct sea wind, though the sandy soil underneath is the same as the rest of the area — worth mentioning when you request a quote.
Sunningdale
A smaller suburb between Parklands and Table View, close to Big Bay and the West Coast Road, with a mix of residential estates and some commercial development. Like its neighbours, it sits on sandy ground that needs proper compaction before any paving goes down.
Melkbosstrand
A coastal suburb further north along the R27 West Coast Road, known for its long stretch of beach. Being directly on the coast, it’s more exposed to wind and sea air than suburbs set slightly back like Parklands or Sunningdale — a real factor in how paving is laid and finished.
Bloubergstrand
Famous for its postcard view of Table Mountain across the bay and popular with kitesurfers at Big Bay. Properties directly along the coast here face constant wind and blowing sand, exactly the kind of site we plan for carefully before quoting.

Yes — from Parklands and Sunningdale through to Melkbosstrand, and everywhere in between including Table View and Bloubergstrand. If you’re not sure whether your specific street falls in our service area, just ask when you request a quote.
Does the sandy soil out here actually affect the job?
Yes — loose, sandy ground is common across the West Coast and needs more thorough compaction and base preparation than the clay-heavier soil found further inland. We account for that upfront in the quote, not as a surprise later.
The wind out here is relentless — does that matter?
It’s not a problem for the finished paving, but it does affect how and when certain materials are laid and cured. We plan installation timing around it rather than rushing a job on a windy day.
How long does a typical driveway installation take?
For most residential driveways, once excavation and base prep are done, installation itself takes 1–3 days — and you’ll have a written quote in hand within 48 hours of your site visit. Sandy-ground properties in Melkbosstrand and Bloubergstrand sometimes need an extra day of compaction work before paving can start.
